I would try running a small test tank to the carb and see how it runs that way-. Also remove fuel line from carb and check fuel flow through the petcock in both the reserve and on positions-see how well it flows in both positions.Foreman Will not start. When the motor isnt running the fuel pump will only run for a few seconds at a time, that part is normal but it should pump the same amount every time you turn the key off then back on.
