I have the Mossy Shockwave with a pistol brace, Remington 870 SBS (12" barrel cut down from 18.5") and the Tac 14 with Pistol brace. The Tac 14 is the most expensive, but the coolest. I am about to SBS it. Buying a 590 SBS is done on a Form 4, which are running at least 6-9 months for approval. It would have to be a really good deal for me to buy a 590 and wait that long. 10.Also, for peace of mind, the Shockwave is heavy-walled just like the 590A1 SBS version. The only differences are the metal trigger housing and the safety. If you're updating anything on it, I'd look into Vangcomp for upgrading the safety and S&J Hardware USA to add a +1 adapter to it.
